Q - What are the pictures mounted on ?
A - We use Daler Rowney Studland Mount Board in white which is acid neutral and approx 1.4mm thick. This is sourced from a local supplier.
Q - What frame sizes do the mounts fit into ?
A - 5x7 mounted fits into a 10x8 inch frame
A4 mounted fits into a 14x11 inch frame
A3 mounted fits into a 20x16 inch frame
Q - What are the pictures printed onto ?
A - All pictures are printed onto 240gsm paper, using a high quality Epsom printer which works to 5760dpi.
Q - How do I order ?
A - We are happy to accept orders through our 'shopping basket' function on the website, using paypal as the prefered payment method.
Q - What if I do not have paypal account?
- If you do not have a paypal account you can still pay via paypal using a credit/debit card by going through the secure shopping cart.
- We will accepts cheques but the goods will only be despatched after the money has cleared. Please email jtsmphotography@yahoo.co.uk for futher details.
Q - How long does it take for delivery ?
A - We aim to deliver all prints within 2-5 working days. Postage to the UK is £1.95 for international delivery please email jtsmphotography@yahoo.co.uk
Q - How do I book a wedding ?
A - Our prices are stated in the wedding section of the website. Once you've found your suitable package please email us at jtsmphotography@yahoo.co.uk and we will contact you to discuss in depth.
